JLT ultra-rugged barcode scanners

Barcode scanning at unstoppable performance

Warehouse workers scan thousands of barcodes every day to ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery. Their productivity depends highly on the quality of the scanner you put in their hands. JLT scanners deliver lightning-fast capture of any 1D or 2D barcode in virtually any condition, nearer and farther than any scanner in its class.

Workers can scan barcodes from a picklist in their hand and on the uppermost shelves of your warehouse racks. Even if barcodes are under shrinkwrap or damaged, dirty or poorly printed – these intelligent scanners handle it all.

The JLT scanners has the highest drop, tumble and sealing specification in its class. They are built to survive a 2.4 m / 8 ft drop to concrete and operates reliably after 5,000 tumbles, simulating the real-world tumbling that occurs with a drop. The scanners are dust, spray and waterproof to IP67, meaning they can be sprayed down with jet water and even submersed in water. Additionally, they are designed for freezing temperatures, making them ideal for freezers and outdoor environment.

Use the scanners together with our rugged mobile computers, and you are ready for the world’s toughest environments – the warehouse and manufacturing floor. To maximize the utility of your scanners, several accessories including a vehicle cradle kit for the cordless models are available.
