Customer request: Branded high-performance HMI for floor mapping

The customer needed an HMI (Human Machine Interface) device that complemented their floor mapping equipment, capable of delivering high performance analyses of the incoming sensor data. The sensors measured wall and floor thickness in oil tanks and detected oxidation in the metal.

Solution: A customized JLT rugged vehicle mount terminal

We provided a rebranded version of our VERSO 12 rugged computer, featuring a high-performance core. The device was finished in the customer’s signature purple color, complete with custom logotypes and labels to align with their product portfolio.

Unique color and custom software image

To achieve seamless integration with the customer’s equipment, we collaborated with the customer’s paint supplier to replicate their unique color on the powder-coated housings. Additionally, a custom software image was developed to meet their operational requirements.
