Custom mount for easy replacement of older non-JLT devices

Customer wanting a simple replacement of old units

The customer wanted a simple replacement of old equipment without having to redo the complete installation on each forklift when upgrading to a new modern vehicle-mount computer from JLT.

Custom brackets simplified the work

As a solution, JLT designed a custom bracket so the new JLT6012 computers could be installed in the existing U-mounts on the customers forklifts.

Reuse of mechanics from existing mounts

JLT reused some of the mechanics from the old mounts and designed a bracket for the JLT6012 computers so they could be installed directly to the existing mounts.

+30 hours saved on installation

More than 30 hours of installation work was eliminated for the customer thanks to not having to replace all of the existing mounts on the customers forklifts.
