The customer was looking for a straightforward solution to replace outdated vehicle-mount terminals (VMTs) with modern JLT VMTs without redoing the entire installation on each forklift.

Custom brackets simplified the work

We designed a custom bracket so the new JLT6012 computers was compatible with the existing U-mounts already installed on the customers forklifts.

Reuse of existing mounting mechanics

To maximize efficiency, we reused components from the existing mounts and designed a bracket for the JLT6012 that seamlessly fit the already installed mounts.

+30 hours saved on installation

This easy-to-install solution saved the customer up to 40 minutes of installation work per forklift, amounting to over 30 hours in total for their fleet of 50 forklifts.
