Reporting of non-conforming incidents
At JLT, the concept of doing good business extends well beyond winning new deals. We are committed to always act with good ethics in a sustainable manner. We are continuously reviewing and optimizing the procedures, processes, and practices on which our operations are based to ensure the highest quality in everything we do.
In case any situation or behavior that does not seem to conform with our principles occur, we expect our employees, business partner or supplier to bring the situation to our attention. If it is uncertain if the situation at hand is violating JLT’s code of conduct, a report should be filed. We would much rather like to handle cases that turn out to not be non-conforming than risk missing unethical situations or behaviors within our company. There will be no action taken against anyone who is, in good faith, reporting breakages against this code.
To file a report, please use the form below. The form can be filled out anonymously, simply leave the Name field blank.
Handling of reported non-conforming incidents
All incoming reports of situations or behaviors that are not in line with JLT’s code of conduct and the information therein will as far as reasonably possible be treated confidentially. Our website does generate Internet connection logs containing Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, however, any data of that kind is excluded from the reported information which will be treated anonymously.
The CEO and CFO/HR-responsible are authorized to evaluate the filed cases and they are the only ones with access to the reports coming in from the online form. The information is subject to data protection rules and regulations.
