JLT:Care™ Service Agreements
All JLT-brand computers* come with 3-year limited warranty. In addition, with the “no-questions asked” JLT:Care Service Agreement you are guaranteed an uptime of your JLT computers at a predictable cost. The agreement covers all failures that affect the functioning of your computer, except consumable parts such as batteries. In addition, if the pick-up and drop-off service is selected with the contract, all shipping costs to and from our service center are included.
JLT:Works™ Professional Services
With the JLT:Works Professional Services, you can optimize the product solution from JLT to further lowering the total cost of your computer installation. A variety of services are available, such as; custom-image development and installation, to simplify your staging, installation and maintenance of the JLT computer, custom-configuration service to tailor the computer specification to your specific needs, on-site technical aid and service to quickly and efficiently address technical issues or services need and keep up-time to a maximum.
